Dragon Ball Z was the first show I watched growing up that made me want to get ripped. The feats of superhuman strength and the physiques of demigods appealed to me. All through high school I was the short, tubby kid that was never very athletic. Watching Goku fly through the air, crushing boulders with his fists, and fighting evil throughout the universe inspired me to get into shape. I was envious of every characters arms, and I wanted the arms of a Saiyan. But, if I wanted to look like a Saiyan, I was going to have to train like a Saiyan.
Here are some key points to building your arms:
- You have to work on your biceps, triceps, deltoids, and grip.
- Use the right number of repetitions for what you are working.
- Give your arms time to rest and recover.
